Despite some online gambling companies’
reluctance to jump into the newly liberalized internet casino market in
France, a new online poker room has been introduced to the French market
this week. The new venture, Spiral Solutions France, is a partnership
project between Spiral Solutions and the Santa Maria Group. The new brand
has already passed the requirements set forth by ARJEL, the regulatory
body for the French market. The new poker room is already catching quite a bit of attention from the developing market, with online gambling competitors taking stock of their new 200 % Poker room. The new room has a number of hands involved in its success, as their local partner is that of Société Française des Jeux sur Internet (SFJI). The new room has already made a commitment to be associated with the Prima Network, a network of online poker sites specifically geared towards the French market. All the sites are ARJEL approved, with the whole of the network powered by Microgaming and 888.com. SFJI is a nearly perfect choice for a local partner, as they already have associations with 40 French land-based casinos, familiar to the world of gambling, albeit new to the internet casino sector through no fault of their own. Their brick-and-mortar establishments cater to the betting needs of more than 40 million punters every year. They will be listed as the primary owner for the new room, allowing 200% Poker to be introduced in all casinos, online and land. “Frances online poker gaming market is set to experience massive growth, representing a tremendous opportunity for gaming and casino brands like SFJI,” said Christophe Santa Maria, president of Spiral Solutions France. “We’re perfectly placed to help any organization launch an online poker offering in France. Our experience and expertise was crucial in securing the ARJEL license and launching 200% Poker. It is without doubt one of the most exciting players in the French market.” |
