Powered by MicroGaming, the online casino hosts some of the most popular games found in other internet gambling venues, but needed some strong leadership to gain exposure to new players. It seems that leadership has been found in their new parent company, Media Corporation, which was proud to announce the new numbers to the press just this week. According to the statement, the jump from 77,000 plus player to their current total of more than 100,000 marked a growth of 29 percent, nearly a third larger than they were when the acquisition was made. Before October, when the purchase was completed, the annual growth rate at the site had been published as 13 percent, siginifcantly lower than it is now. The credit is to be given to the advertising and marketing efforts enlisted to gain more exposure in the online gambling industry. “Furthermore, the conversion to cash depositors on the day of registration is currently running at approximately 32 percent, which is significantly higher than the industry average,” said Justin Drummond, chief executive of the parent company. “One hundred thousand registered customers is a very significant milestone for Purple-Lounge.com.”
