While the introduction of new online
casino games isn’t necessarily a rarity, the re-launch of older games to
new operators doesn’t happen everyday and therefore is just as newsworthy.
Such is the story behind the introduction of Wolf Run back to the internet
gambling market, which will see a wider distribution through the US
California company Masque Publishing. Masque Publishing specializes not in online casino products, being a US company, but rather in games designed for PCs and Mac computers, as well as casual and skill games, bolstered by a small menu of traditional internet gambling selections. The game Wolf Run was designed and introduced in 2008, and has since seen relatively good success with players. Developed by the software company IGT, Masque Publishing announced this week that the game will be included in the latest release package to licensees for the fall of this year. Wolf Run will be sure to be a hit with its new audiences as a great online slot game that uses 5 reels and 40 paylines. Instead of the typical three images on each reel, there are four, making for more combinations and more possible wins. The ‘Stacked Wilds’ feature is a key favorite for fans, with each reel hosting a ‘stack’ of four or more Wild symbols that can be activated all at one time. Wolf Run isn’t the first success that Masque has found with IGT games, as their players fell in love with both Texas Tea and Little Green Men as well. The fall package to be introduced this week, and active in online casinos by the end of the month, is set to include a whole new set of 5 reel video games, as well as a few classic casino 3-reel spinners just to keep things fresh. Titles for players to keep a keen eye out for include Mystical Mermaid, Texas Tina, Dam Lumberjack Beavers, and Catch A Wave. |
