With the economic status taking its toll on the entire county, and as the effects trickle down to sectors including online casinos, more and more internet gambling websites are having to create new and interesting ‘ties’ to attract new business and to hold on to players who might be thinking their funds would be better off going towards their gas tanks. One of the more innovative ideas is the bridging of online casinos with live elements, as Party Casino did this week. The gambling website, which is known for their movie-themed slots games, added live dealers to some of the sites games. The attempt came at a junction many sites are experiencing: change for the better, or get out of the game. Party Casino has signed an agreement with a company by the name of Evolution Gaming which will support the software needed for the new venture. “Live Dealer Games” will soon be offered on the website to customers looking to spice up the action by watching human dealers make the house moves for games like BlackJack, Baccarat, and even to get the ball rolling in Roulette. Players will be able to watch the cards shuffled and the wheels spinning in a live atmosphere in addition to the convenience of gambling from home. Jim Ryan spoke to the media, as chief executive officer for Party Gaming: “We are sure that 'live casino' is going to get us access to players who benefit from it and favor the experience of watching croupiers dealing cards or spinning roulette wheels and calling 'place your bets' in front of them - that's excellent live online gaming amusement.” |
