CryptoLogic and NextGen Gaming have signed an exclusive deal with one another that stands to bring the respective Dublin based and Australian based companies plenty of clout in the world of slot machines.

The Australian independent developer NextGen Gaming is one of the top companies making slot games for the international gambling industry. CryptoLogic has the reach of a larger corporate company and can hugely affect NextGen Gaming by providing them with hard cash to develop branded slot games. In this multi-year contract, NextGen Gaming will assist CryptoLogic by allowing them to license branded games to the world’s top online and brick and mortar casinos. NextGen Gaming has also promised their exclusivity. NextGen Gaming does have other commercial relationships with a number of top operators and suppliers in the industry, no word yet on what we will see from them.

“For CryptoLogic, this is a most significant and unique strategic partnership – one that gives us new access to one of the industry’s broadest, deepest and most successful distribution networks,” said Brian Hadfield who is CryptoLogic’s President and CEO. “This will allow CryptoLogic to deal with the best brands, develop the best games, and deliver the best experiences to players around the world – whether they are on land or online.”

This deal between these two companies came about because both have the same goal: to ensure that branded content providers look no further than CryptoLogic. If a company is looking to take their brand games into the online gaming space they are to follow the example NextGen Gaming has set.

“Branded content in gaming is powerful, because it combines a familiar theme with an exciting new experience,” said Matt Davey who is the CEO of NextGen Gaming. “In selecting CryptoLogic as our Internet gaming software partner for branded content, NextGen has chosen a pioneer, an innovator and a leader. It is a powerful partnership that promises both performance and profitability.”

A few games that have already seen the light of success between these two companies are Marvel Super Heroes, Street Fighter II, King Kong, Bejeweled, Cubis, and Jewel Quest.
