Online Casino Style has caught wind of a partnership opportunity for a new advertising ploy, and in time for candidates to pursue the contract. Apparently, Channel 4 Racing is looking for a partner to help support in their efforts to provide statistics to gamblers in time for key bets to be placed.

The network, based out of the United Kingdom, has been busy the last few months developing the advertising program which would allow viewers to be kept up to date via advertisement slots on the latest odds of major horse racing events, both before the televised program, and in between commercial breaks for upcoming races. Each advertisement would host the partners names, making it an excellent opportunity for exposure in the UK for horse-race related companies. The time slots are planned to be 60-seconds long.

Though no contracts are solid enough to predict as of yet, some conversations have resulted in hopeful prospects, including several advertising agencies for the region, and a few of the largest British online gambling firms. Channel 4 plans on formally introducing the new ad campaign in upcoming quarter of 2009, which is a new thing for the channel. The broadcasting agency is searching for one partner to sign a 6-month to 12-month contract.

The following statement to Media Week was made by Mike Parker, the executive in charge of the new ads for Channel 4: “The interest level has been high as this is a sector where clients are looking for big points of differentiation and to promote their service as the best provider of live odds. This opportunity would give them just that.”
