The largest contributing factor was found to be related to yet another loss for the period, that of new customer registrations, which was down 11 percent to just 41,825 new member sign ups from January 1 to March 31, 2010. Their cash is down as well, dropping to just £1.64 million, a drop of 14 percent from the last three months of last year. The report was comprehensive, including a range of perspectives for Probability’s fiscal health, and a plan for the remaining three quarters of the year. As is usually the case, the online gambling firm remains steadfast in their predictions for the year end, confident that the upcoming months will provide ample opportunity to catch up on the small decline. Charles Cohen, speaking as the chief executive officer for Probability, blamed the setbacks to simple seasonal weaknesses, and noted that nothing was standing in their way for a year full of profit. "These unaudited figures mean that we are also in line with investor expectations for the full-year, an encouraging outcome given that the focus has been on building Probability's core technology to drive future growth," said Cohen. "All this comes at a significant time in the evolution of the market for portable gaming. Our focus has always been on mobile phones and smartphones. Indeed, we are putting the finishing touches to our iPhone and Android services and will be submitting these for regulatory approval very shortly."
