It seems that the Internet gambling group Cake Poker Network is growing at exponential rates this year, as confirmation hits the online gambling forums that yet another online casino has made the switch to the fresh Network. The latest member of the growing network is that of Intertops, themselves a popular destination for poker enthusiasts.

One of the biggest elements of concern expressed by members of moving websites is the worry of a seamless transition from one hosting network to their new home. Perhaps that is why Cake is the recipient group of so many disgruntled poker sites, as they have proved time and time again that they do offer a flawless transition, making good on their word with each new acquisition.

Intertops Poker has been in business for about seven years, launching their brand name in 2003. They will now be found on the Cake Poker Network, making the switch this month from the Microgaming Poker Network. It will be the second major change for Intertops recently, as they also changed their online casino software provider last fall, trading out MGS for Real Time Gaming.

Players should experience little interruption in their play, and the future will carryover the perks that gamblers have become accustomed to as Cake has promised to honor all the loyalty programs in place for Intertops users. The programs, including Gold Chips, Gold Cards, and Gold Stacks will be honored not only for the Intertops Internet Casino, but others as well, such as Sportsbook.com, PlayersOnly.com and PokerHost.com.

"We are extremely excited to be joining the Cake Network," said Michl Posch, marketing director of Intertops. "Their solid partnership approach and provision of an industry-leading rewards program will help us bring the best possible online poker experience to our sports bettors, casino and poker players."
