The success of Paddy Power for the first quarter of 2010 might have well inspired a fellow Irish online gambling firm to make good on the good business. Dublin Bet.com, a much lesser-known competitor of the Irish bookies, has decided that now is certainly the time for improvements, as the firm announced this week to their members that they had signed an agreement to have their live dealer online casino completely overhauled.

A new look, then, is in the works for the small internet gambling brand. The website is owned by VueTec, a company headed by chief executive officer Grant Fraser. The 30-year old leader has chosen the 14 man team, bringing together the brightest brains his creative and technical teams had to offer and charging them with the task of giving their Dublin Bet.com website a new look, a complete make-over, hopefully to more effectively retain their existing customers and better attract new members to the site. The team won’t be entirely on their own, benefiting as well from the experts signed on to the project from advertising agencies Material Marketing, Dog Digital, and PMPR Excellence.

"Now is an excellent opportunity to re-brand,” Fraser said. “Dublin Bet has been very successful since it launched in 2005, we are about to start serious marketing to promote our software, and to do this we need a strong brand. It's important we get this absolutely right and deliver something that will help Dublin Bet compete against the big players within this industry without requiring their hefty marketing budgets. It's all hands on deck right now - we have a tight timescale and need this turned around in June in order to make progress with the website re-design which we're hoping to have live in August."
