It seems that the online gambling software provider GTech G2 is up to more developments this month, continuing the trend of busy expansion that the firm has established since the start of the new year. This week’s announcement comes to the internet casino community from their bingo platform, announcing to partners and operators that their innovative social customer relationship tool will soon be added to their bingo games, linking players in a whole new way. The social manager, called CRM software, is the latest advancement from the online gambling developer, known for setting the standard within the industry. The tool allows participating internet casinos to send specific messages to existing members by using specialized widgets inside social networking sites, blogs, start pages, and even on their home desktops. The press release clarified that the technology makes use of the new “OOConnect” platform to work. Already online gambling partners are signing up for the upgrade, as operators such as Butlins and Littlewoods have already sent in their orders for the improvement. Confirmation has been received from at least 17 of the online bingo brands on GTech’s rosters fully intend to add on the innovation as soon as it become possible. “We know that the key to success is in getting the right messages in front of the right people at the right time,” said Andrea Fois, the CRM manager at GTech G2. “OOCONNECT is like a personal broadcast channel direct to every one of our players.” Echoing her sentiments, Matt Nash, the CEO for partnered developer OOSocial said that the platform is developed for easy implementation. Social networks, such as Facebook, are too big to ignore and provide a huge opportunity for marketing for many internet gambling companies. |
