Microgaming is on a roll this week with yet another contract signed, this time with the major online gambling and entertainment group, Fortuna Entertainment Group, NV, which does most of their business in Central and Eastern Europe. The agreement with the online gambling software company, based out of the Isle of Man, will see the launch of a new internet casino system, hopefully to be introduced to the rest of the market by the end of the year. The Fortuna Entertainment Group is already licensed in Malta, as their existing brand, the Fortuna Win Gaming subsidiary is up and running, regulated through the island. The new internet casino will carry a similar name, as the online gambling site has been confirmed to be called Fortuna Win and will run a full menu of the well-loved games developed by Microgaming. Fortuna Entertainment is a Dutch online casino group, which has focused most of their marketing on Central and Eastern Europe, regions only now gaining the attention of other internet casino groups. Within their sector, Fortuna Entertainment offers the largest odds betting services, including platforms for sports betting, live betting, as well as lotteries in addition to their casino. They are linked to land-based casinos as well, and have done quite well for themselves in the Polish, Croatian, Slovakian, and Hungarian markets. “We are extremely pleased to welcome yet another exciting new addition to Microgamings ever expanding network of online casino operators,” said Roger Raatgever, the chief executive officer for Microgaming this week. “Microgaming currently powers the worlds busiest and most profitable online casinos, and we will be working closely with FortunaWin to ensure its players enjoy the best possible casino experience.” |
