Obviously, and very understandably, the couple has expressed deep disappointment not only with circumstances, but also with the handling by the casino, casting doubt as to whether they believe it was a mechanical malfunction. "If you do hit a jackpot are they going to come up with another story? It's a malfunction? It's not right," Jim McMahon said. No word has been given on what kind of consolation measure have been taken for their trouble. This isn’t the first time that the machines at Wildwood Casino had malfunctioned, either, with reports confirming that it was the second such occasion in three months. The machine has since been impounded by the Colorado Gaming Commission for further investigation. The last time it went bad, it cost a winner what he thought was his $42 million dollar jackpot.
