It will be an equal venture, with both firms contributing eight million euro to the project, buying with the sum a 43.84 percent stake in the new site. The remaining 12.32 percent will be assigned to Online Gaming 3D, a contributor to the software that will be used in the new site, and a subsidiary of the video game developer, MK2. According to a report by the Reuters news agency, the site is expected to be up and running by September of this year, and will be designed to specifically target French players. A request for an operations license has already been requested of ARJEL and is expected to be granted by the end of the summer.
