News of another extension to an online gambling relationship that works is hitting the internet casino forums this week, with confirmation gained from Costa Bingo that they have indeed re-signed with Dragonfish for an additional three years. Dragonfish is quickly growing in respect among online casino groups, a subsidiary of 888 Holdings plc that commands all of the corporation’s Business-to-Business operations. The new contract between Dragonfish and Costa Bingo will allow the online gambling companies to continue working together through July of 2013, during which time Costa has already said that they have projects lined up, most of which relate to the bingo firm’s marketing schemes. They are known to earn a measure of success with their initiatives, such as the ‘Free Bingo’ platform demonstrates, a concept that has helped Costa Bingo to become one of the most popular sites in the UK. The partnership has targeted somewhat innovative advertising routes, avoiding in general the same paths taken by competing online gambling websites, revealed a spokesperson for Dragonfish this week. The originality of their ideas can be directly correlated to their rates of success. For example, the Costa Bingo software has been bridged to social networking sites such as Facebook. “Costa has blazed a trail over the past year and shown what is still achievable in the maturing UK bingo market, and we have worked hard with them to adapt our software to deliver some highly innovative customer acquisition and retention activities,” Gabi Campos, managing director of Dragonfish. "They are committing a substantial marketing investment and we look forward to helping Richard and his team grow the Costa bingo business further over the coming years.” |
