An update has finally become available in regards to a new online gambling website, much anticipated by members of the internet casino community, specifically poker fans. Finally, Global Gaming Interactive has submitted a press release in regards to their Poker Battle.com site, stating that the online gambling domain name should be up and running by the end of the year, ready for battle. It will be immediately available to European players, opening with a selection of more traditional poker games, all of which will use real money wagers. For now, the new site will only be available to the European online gambling community, though a spokesperson speaking on behalf of Global Gaming Interactive did say that they were very hopeful about launching a similar program in the US once legislation will allow for it. As the internet gambling legalization efforts ramp up in the American political rings, their reason to hope for change might not be that far off after all. Meanwhile there is plenty of business to be had in Europe, where Poker Battle.com will wage its first war with other poker sites in a nearly saturated market. The company has already put out feelers to enlist the services of an independent commission to review their software, checking for system integrity points and earning from the get-go the coveted accreditations that will given them the advantage over other internet casinos. The firm(s) for the task has not yet been determined. Press releases from Global Gaming did reveal that the new Poker Battle site will use a patented new e-commerce system for deposits and withdrawals, utilizing the innovative new CyberPay system. One of the biggest perks to the system allows members to access their funds from anywhere, at any time. The most current promotional material has advertised that the site will hose a $1 million free roll tournament to market themselves to the poker community. |
