Though Full Tilt Poker has been around long enough to have established themselves a strong reputaition as one of the preferred online casinos to catch high stakes (and low) action, that doesn’t mean that the old site isn’t able to learn some new tricks. In fact, in their quest to overcome Poker Stars’ internet casino as the top online poker spot available, they proudly introduced their latest range of improvements to the site.

One of the key enhancements has been the addition of Rush Poker, a new variety of an old game. Rush Poker brings extra levels of speed to the classic card game, designed to minimize wait times between hands, and keeping gamblers busy at all times. Compared to a standard game of online poker, Rush Poker will see four times as many hands completed per hour than regular. Additionally, Rush Poker will see a wider spread of competition, as players are automatically moved a new table, with an empty seat, any time they fold. It changes up the seatings so no one gets too comfortable, and opponents can’t spend too much time with any one table, learning the opponents’ nuances. Finally, there is a Quick Fold button at the top of every screen, allowing players to by-pass waiting for their turn to turn in their cards; they can simply be done with it, and move on to the next hand, at the next table.

"Rush Poker is the greatest innovation in online poker since poker started on the Internet," said Chris Ferguson, most well known for his Champion win of the 2000 World Series of Poker Main Event. Ferguson is also a member of Team Full Tilt, playing professionally for the online casino. "Rush Poker is an amazingly fast-paced game. You always have a decision to make; you're never waiting for other players to finish the hand."
