Last decade, the popularity of the Sim games both online and for home based video game systems exploded, with a huge network of linking artificial life games resulting. The creation and mastery of worlds has also been developed in World Domination games, many of which are hosted on the internet, allowing players to bridge their domains of mastery and battle one another. On a much more ‘cute’ level, is the recent development of farming games that have all but taken over social networking sites like MySpace and Facebook, with ‘friends’ giving each other equipment, animals and produce from their ‘farms.’

It seems only natural that the world of online gambling would link up to the phenomenon sooner or later, with online gambling software developers such as Playfish and Zynga getting a heads up on the trend with their own applications. Neogames, known for their contributions to the scratch card market is the latest company to jump on the bandwagon, launching their own agricultural application to their client licensees.

While copyrights are still in effect for the most popular apps, like Country Story, Farm Town and Farmville, similarly styled games are expected to continue popping up until the online gambling community moves on to another trend. The latest scratch card game from Neogames is titled Cash Farm, and revolves around two farmers mitigating their crops and animals, including ducks, cows and sheep. The game was developed for world-wide released, and has already bee translated into 18 European languages. Players can expect it to be added to their favorite sites’ menus in the coming weeks.
