December marks the marks the month that David "Devilfish" Ulliott has decided to release his new DVD, memorably titled 'How to Become a Poker Millionaire.' the DVD is a recorded coaching session with the poker celebrity, available just in time for gift giving this holiday season. The DVD covers such topics as calculating odds, skillfully playing choice starting cards, timing on aggressive moves, and how to handle tilt. The film is designed for the online poker demographic and goes into such industry specifics as identifying challenges in online competition. There's also an extra hour of interviews containing poker gaming advice from top names such as Doyle Brunson,Phil Ivey, and Phil Hellmuth. This is not Ulliot's guest venture in a coaching role; in fact, the DVD is partly based off his successful reality television show this year in the UK. The show followed Ulliot as he trained four unsuccessful online poker players in an intense Master program and then set them against one another in a competition. Losers were thrown off the show and the winner was awarded a paid trip and seat to the 2008 World Series of Poker, which took place in Las Vegas, Nevada. Their journey, under Ullioy's strict tutelage for a month, included testing and tournaments in a wide variety of online poker versions. Ulliot has plenty to back up his poker claims to fame including a World Series of Poker bracelet and more than $5 million in total career winnings. His lust of tournaments both won and participated in can be matched by few, and second to fewer. Marketing for the DVD has been under way in preparations for the December release in the UK; Ulliot made the following statement at last weeks launch party, "With Christmas just around the corner, this is the perfect stocking filler for players of all levels," Ulliott enthused at the DVD launch this week.
