Though they already carry with them a
reputation for excellence in the online gambling world for their sports
betting offering, Gala Coral has made an agreement this week that will
enhance the customer experience in retail stores, as well as over their
tele-betting channels and though their internet gambling website. The
company announced just this week that they had signed a deal with the
software specialist Geneity to do just that. According to the press release, the deal is only the first step in what will turn out to be millions of dollars spent, investing in a comprehensive overhaul and update to the gambling software. The changes are already happening, though it will likely be so seamless that online gamblers won’t know much a difference until the menus and gaming lobbies change. The GenBet sports betting platform developed by Geneity has already been integrated into Gala Coral’s existing site. The addition will now allow members of the site to access a single account across all their methods of gambling, including television-based betting channels. It’s a convenient update, coming fast on the heels of Coral.co.uk’s recent re-launch, that hosted a new Live Betting function for all their operators. “Our objective was to replace our previous system with a solution that provided our customers with a first class, multi-channel, sports betting product,” said Damian Cope, chief information officer of Gala Coral. “We have already received significant positive feedback from our customers regarding the specific enhancements that are now being offered on Coral.co.uk.” |
