Two Gambling Sites Go Down

Contrary to what the online gambling community might like to believe, the safe and secure operation of a popular internet casino is far from a simple thing to manage, as two well liked casinos discovered this past week. Though little information has come from the sites as to what went wrong, reports across the board confirm that at least two sites run under Real Time Gaming software were down for a minimum of 48 hours, causing alarm with some of their players, and triggering concerns with industry experts as to the likelihood of it happening again.

It wasn’t completely out of left field, say some, as players from both The Cuba Club and Lucky Slots sites had reported ridiculously slow game play in recent weeks, but the amount of time that the domain names were down seemed a little long. Emails and phone contact have both been unsuccessful, from affiliates and players, making the support in the matter nonexistent. Despite the growing number of posts on online gambling message boards, no responses have been made from either casino, or from Real Time Gaming.

Players certainly have reason to worry, as the sites went down without notice, leaving millions in their bankrolls that gamblers can not access. “It is like they just packed up and left or something. I have money in both casinos. This is disturbing," complained one player.

Finally, a message appeared on both sites, which said that the offline time was due to a change in servers. Apparently in making the switch, they ran into an “unforeseen technical issue.” Questions were to be redirected to support @ luckslotscasino.com. Answers to questions emailed to that address did not come, however, as players are forced to wait – and hope – that the internet gambling sites will reopen. How their trust will sustain is another matter entirely.
