The commercials have been produced by the WH in house marketing department, under the direction of Ian Cassie, who said, "Our task has been to take all the great things that the William Hill brand stands for and re-present it in a creative idea that is unique, flexible and persuasive which can work as effectively in a TV spot as on a betting slip." The Drum also received a statement from Kristof Fahy, the marketing director for William Hill. He credited the firm's more than 75 years experience to their strength, as well as their unique position of having both online and live betting shops for customers to choose from.
