A marketing executive who has made his career and mark in the online gambling world is making an alliance switch this month, shifting from his career at Expekt to a new adventure with fellow Internet gambling company Redbet. It was confirmed this week that Jorgenn Andersson would be the newest member of the Redbet team, accepting the offered position as chief executive officer. His primary goal is clear, though far from easy: increase the profitability and revenues of the Internet casino group, amist some of the tightest competition in the market that the online gambling community has seen in years.

Andersson comes to Redbet with plenty of experience, though it will be his first opportunity to prove himself as a CEO. Most recently, Andersson was the marketing manager of Expekt.com, and used the opportunity to build a huge repertoire of experience and contacts within the industry. Redbet is a growing brand in the online gambling world, based out of Sweden.

Andersson will take the lead position for the firm by the end of this month, April. He will be replacing Thorvald Bohlin, who made clear that he never wanted his role as CEO to e a permanent position. According to his own statement, his intention was to lay a strong foundation for the company's future, an objective he says he's completed for Andersson. The base for Redbet is strong enough to sustain growth and expansion, though he did ask to remain as an active executive on the Board of Directors.

"I look forward to step in as the new CEO of Redbet, which after a comprehensive restructuring is now ready to seriously move forward its position, said Andersson after news of his appointment hit the press.”My mission includes both to increase the revenue and profitability which suits me perfectly considering my background."
